After the feasibility phase, your plans and construction documents are finalized. These documents help define the scope of work, selections, specifications, and details needed to move toward a more complete estimate and construction plan.

This step matters because the more complete the information is up front, the smoother the next phases can be.

Once final plans and documents are in place, we create a final control estimate. This estimate is designed to give you a clear understanding of the projected cost of your home, including detailed line items from permits to finishes.

The goal is to help you make educated decisions before construction begins, not after costs have already started changing.

When financing is involved, the final control estimate and necessary project documents can be submitted to your bank. This gives your lender the information they need to review the project and move the financing process forward.

Once the final estimate, project details, financing, and expectations are aligned, we move into the signed construction contract. At this point, your project is ready to transition from planning into building.

Once construction begins, our construction management team takes the lead. From scheduling and subcontractor coordination to daily documentation and quality control, we stay involved and hands-on throughout the build.
